Order preparation

We prepare orders in 4–8 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Shipping time

Once dispatched, estimated shipping takes 7–15 days, depending on the destination. Preparation and transit are separate stages. These estimates are not a guaranteed delivery date.

Free shipping and destinations

Standard shipping is free to destinations available at checkout. We currently do not ship to India, Iran, the Philippines, Pakistan, Israel, Brazil or Türkiye. Other destinations may be unavailable where required by carrier or platform restrictions.

Tracking

We will email your tracking details when your order ships. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the parcel.

Addresses and delivery issues

Please check your delivery address before ordering. For an address correction or delivery issue, contact masterofhollidaysadvent@outlook.com as soon as possible and include your order number. Address changes may not be possible after dispatch.

Customs and delays

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, depending on the destination. Any charges collected at checkout will be shown before payment. Carrier delays, customs checks and public holidays can affect transit estimates. If a shipment is significantly delayed, contact us so we can investigate and explain the available options.
